1. Digital Products & Delivery

• Instant Access: Upon a successful payment via Stripe, you will receive an email with a unique remix link to add the template to your Framer account.

• Requirements: To use our products, you must have a free or paid account at Framer.com. We are not responsible for any additional hosting or subscription fees charged by Framer.

2. Payment & Security

• Stripe: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information or full billing details.

• Currency: All prices are listed in [e.g., USD] unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (remix links), all sales are final.

• Once a template has been added to your Framer account, it cannot be "returned."

• We encourage you to view the Live Preview of each template before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

• If you experience a technical issue with the file itself, please contact us at support@i7-templates.com, and we will resolve it for you.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

When you purchase a template, you are granted a Standard License:

• Permitted: You may use the template for one (1) personal or commercial project.

• Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the template (or its parts) as a standalone product or as part of another template or theme shop.

• Attribution: You are not required to provide credit to [Shop Name] on your live site, though we always appreciate it!

5. Support and Maintenance

• We provide support for issues directly related to the template setup.

• We do not provide support for third-party integrations, custom code injections, or general Framer platform tutorials.

• We strive to keep templates updated with the latest Framer features, but we cannot guarantee lifetime compatibility if Framer makes fundamental changes to their platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

i7-Templates shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our templates.
